Wet Drilling

Cooling can help manage heat and remove debris.

Water may cool the working area, carry drilling debris and support stable conditions. The machine, worksite and selected tool must all be suitable for wet use.

Dry Drilling

Convenience increases the importance of heat control.

Dry drilling is useful where water is unavailable or undesirable. Tool design, speed, pressure, intermittent operation and debris removal become especially important.
